- Personal Training sessions are conducted in my Redondo Beach studio, in your home, or on the beach.

Train Smart
You will learn what to eat and how your body responds to food. There is a difference between training hard and training smart. Most people train hard and diet hard because everything they know about diet and exercise is that in order for it to work it has to be hard! When you fail you blame yourself . . . what a bunch of bull!. You are not going to lose weight just because you diet and exercise for a few weeks or months . . . your body does not work like that, and beating yourself up over it is the worst thing you can do.
The fact is most people can achieve their goals if properly guided.
